We plan around the actual number attending your event, not your company’s total headcount. For larger programmes, we first assess capacity, format, transport, production and venue feasibility before recommending options.

We match spaces to a real brief and share the relevant venue names, locations and practical details directly with you. This makes your shortlist useful and keeps coordination in one place.

After availability has been checked, you approve the proposal and complete the venue’s agreed contract and payment requirements. An enquiry or shortlist does not hold a date or confirm a booking.

Venue costs, selected services, agency fees where applicable, and payment terms are set out in the proposal. Confirm the inclusions and exclusions with your agency contact before committing.

Bali is our focus. If your brief calls for something further afield, including a private-island setting, tell us. We’ll discuss suitability and what can be arranged through the wider portfolio before confirming scope.
