At the heart of Da Maria is its celebrated pizzeria. Led by Pizzaiolo Marcos Bonotto, the team crafts naturally fermented pizzas inspired by the Neapolitan tradition, with dough fermented for 24 hours to achieve the perfect balance of texture and flavour.
From 5–7PM daily, guests can enjoy a rotating list of dining specials, while families can step into the cherished tradition of pizza-making with the little ones — complete with dough tossing, creative topping adventures, and playful Mickey Mouse-shaped pizzas.
